The cobo libra colour is freezing

My kobo libre is freezing.

It has no response to button click or screen touch.

I tried the press and hold the power button. It does not power off. it shows "Sleeping" in screen.

I also tried connect it to charge cable. and no response as well.

Can this issue be fixed? and how?
