@magriet what do you mean by stuck? What does it do on that screen? Has it ever worked for you and is this a new error? Have you checked your network to see if your TV is connecting to it. Your TV will need that to work. Let us know what exact model your TV is.
@magriet check your network settings. It is possible your TV does that because it just can't properly connect. It is also possible that this is a firmware issue and that your firmware may require to be re-installed.
Does anyone know what else I can try to fix this? I’m wondering if it’s a software issue, a corrupted app, or maybe something like an IPTV app (IPTVGreat is installed, but I’m not sure if that matters) causing it to hang.
Since your TV is basically just a big smartphone, try the same thing that fixes most smartphones, a soft reset. Turn it off, unplug it wait a few minutes then power it back up. Yes, software can be the problem so, update your apps, make sure the batteries in your remote are good, if not this can cause freezes. Just like your phone, if a soft reset doesn't fix it (because of other software issues) you can do a hard or factory reset. (see your manual for how or google it) If you do, though, you will need to set it up from scratch. Logins, apps etc. Overheating can cause it too as can loose connections, check the cables, clean dust... Too, you can try uninstalling suspect apps to see it they were the culprit... the same sorts of issues as as on your phone apply. Good Luck.
