lenses stuck on motor rolla 2023 on step 3 of screen teardown STUCK

Motorola Moto G Stylus 4G (2023) Screen Replacement.

I'm stuck on step three because the lenses won't come off, and it's stopping me from screwing the top off. I would take a picture, but it's my only phone, so :( ) PLEASE HELP ME GET OFF THE LENSES. THE GLUE WONT COME OFF. ( Should i use a heat gun? )
