It can be literally everything in fail starting from the power supply/RAM or any other things. You need to diagnose the motherboard.

Just confirming that the laptop is a Lenovo E15 Gen 5 and not a E15 Gen 6 model?
Reason for asking is a blinking amber power light is an error code which tells the user what the problem is.
You need to count the number of times that the amber light blinks. It is a pattern that is repeated with a pause between each series of blinks.
The E14 Gen 6 user manual shows what each number of blinks means.
According to the E14 Gen 5 user manual, it doesn't use this system. It displays error codes on the screen or emits a beep code instead. See p.53 → p.54 in the manual, (59 → 60 of 70 pdf).
If your model is a Gen 5 then use the Gen 6 user manual anyway to see if the blink pattern matches any code and see what it means.
