I can’t tell what is causing the oil n coolant to mix i doing see no smoke from tail pipes

You may have a leak in your oil cooler. The tailpipe white smoke is usually from a blown head gasket. You should check your coolant to see if there is any oil in it, and to check the coolant level. Change your oil right away, too.
