Hi! What do you mean by "loading screen"? What exactly do you see on the screen?

You may have accidentally deleted files which are necessary for your laptop to boot. If this is the case, the easiest route is probably to boot from the restore DVD which came with your machine by holding down the "C" key with it in the drive, and the step through the prompts and reinstall your OS. If you use the default settings, it will not erase your existing data, and it should restore critical system files which may have been deleted.

I would try booting up in safe mode, by holding down the shift key while powering on the computer. This boots up using only essential files, and sometimes can work when a full boot does not.

If you have an Apple store near you, they may be able to assist you in acquiring a restore DVD, or they may restore the system for you, depending on how nice they are feeling that day.
