The device is on sleep mode whereas it cannot be charged up.

Hi there,

I haven’t used or charged the device for a few months. Now the screen shows it is on sleep mode but it cannot be charged.

I have tried to connect it to a USB charge port, power bank and a laptop but none could charge it up. I have also tried to switch it off by pressing the power button but got no response.

Is it a problem with the battery or the motherboard?
