Blown head gasket or thrown rod? White smoke, oil from gasket brnt.
Visible burnt oil from gasket seam all around the seam. White smoke exhaust, loss of compression...
Is this a good question?

@bapland211 white smoke from an exhaust is pretty indicative of coolant being burned in the engine. Sounds like a blown head gasket or a cracked head. I would suggest you do a leak down test and see if you can identify, where the compression is leaking from. Also, pull your sparkplugs and look at the faces. With that you can check each cylinder to check to see if some are worse then others.
All the thrown rods I've had came out on the side of the block :-)
