Where to buy a new Magellan RoadMate 1220 speaker
My Roadmate 1220 had a fuzzy speaker sound and then it just went very low and I can't hear it

I didn't find anyone selling parts for this. I would contact customer support here and ask them: http://support.magellangps.com/support/

Mayer I checked with magellen and they do not service units that are out of warranty ????????? I guess no money to be made if we fix our own stuff.
However. Note this. I checked the speaker in my GPS and made a discovery. The speaker magnet had a bunch of iron filings on the plastic cone. I took a q-tip and wiped up as much as I could. The speaker is almost like new.

I think it's almost criminal for these people to sell products and then provide no replaceable parts. I am glad you were able to resolve the problem.
