Options

Check if the mobile data setting has been turned off. If it has turn it on.

Go to Settings → Network and Internet → SIMs → Mobile data.

Alternatively, swipe down from the top of home screen to see the quick settings panel and then tap on the ↓↑ icon to enable the mobile data setting
