Not connecting to any wifi

I have checked the physical adapter, uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, done the cmd commands, checked bios, other devices still connected to internet

It may be worthwhile buying a small wifi usb dongle, to test if it the card in the laptop or the software, a cheap one on Amazon is only £7, I've provided a link below. once you test that, come back and let me know.
