Hey,

You'll have to use heat to weaken the adhesive holding the screen down, to do this you can use: a heat mat, heat gun, the heat bed on a 3d printer, or if you have heaps of time you can use a hair dryer.

Once the screen has been heated to approx 65°C for 2-3 minutes you should be able to use a suction cup to begin lifting the screen from one of the corners.

Once you've begun lifting the screen you can use a prying tool to gently go around all the edges and break the adhesive seal. You may have to use several opening picks or cards to wedge under the screen so the adhesive doesnt re-stick.

There will be a screw for the microphone cable that you'll need to unscrew, and disconnect the cable with care.

You should then be able to lift the screen to get access to the bracket and cables holding the screen in place. You'll have to unscrew the bracket and gently disconnect the cables.

With the screen off you can remove all of the old adhesive and clean it down with Isopropyl Alcohol.

From here you can get the new screen, put on the new adhesive, connect the cables, put the bracket back on and screw it up. Reconnect the microphone cable and screw it back in, line up the screen perfectly and set it in place.
