Bass has gone out. I only have treble when using bluetooth.

The bass on my Bose S1 Pro+ has stopped working. When using Bluetooth, I only hear treble. I had the speaker volume turned up high, but the phone volume was low. Now, the bass is completely gone. What can I do to fix this?
