exhaust fan works at 4505 rpm,should I be concerned?

Ambient temperature in india where i live soots up 42celsius and the minimum is 28celsius,i do not use an airconditioner

following are the temperatures recorded at the moment

HD MAC 39,CPU73,ENCLOSURE BASE 39,ENC BASE2 39,ENC BASE337,ENC BASE 4 41,METASINK 62,NORTH BRIDGE 54

FAN RPM 4137

I would go in and clean out the fans and the exhaust ports and re-apply thermal paste and see if that drops your temps.

Is there any cleaning liquid I should use and the thermal paste preferably the brand name or can i blow it over.Thermal paste application is it a complicated one .Thank you sir I am obliged

According to which Book you have, yes changing thermal paste is not easy or quick, but it really is if you've gotten it open far enough to clean the vent ports ;-), you didn't ask about easy. I use Arctic Silver #5, available from iFixit. [linked product missing or disabled: IF179-010]
