2 The bottom of the AOC 23.8 - inch monitor displays abnormally.
As shown in the picture, no matter which image I open, there are always striped, inverted colors displayed in the 1-centimeter area at the bottom of the screen. Could you please tell me what the problem is and how to solve it?
