Hi @sandeepsoren

The laptop supports a maximum of 64GB of DDR5-5600 SODIMM ram in 2 slots i.e. 2 x 32GB modules

Here's the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop.

Go to the bottom of p.39 (45 of 68 pdf) in the manual, to view the procedure to remove the memory modules.

First, check what kind of RAM your laptop uses. Then, turn off your laptop and open the back (you might need a small screwdriver). Find the RAM slot and gently put in the new RAM. That’s it! You can also search your laptop model on YouTube for a video guide.

Check your laptop’s supported RAM type and maximum capacity in the manual, then buy compatible RAM sticks, power off, open the back panel, insert the new RAM in the empty slot (or replace existing), and restart.
