Why is my right back door couldn’t open?

The right rear door of my 2018 Range Rover Autobiography is not opening. I can hear a clicking sound, but when I try to open it, the door does not unlock.

Options

Try to open the door with your key in the pocket (which means to make your key close to the door as possible). I had similar issue and it works. Hope it may helpful
