MS Laptop 5 doesn't Power up

Bought a Surface Laptop 5 13.5 last year in Sandstone colour, and was in a backpack with a water bottle (you can guess what happened ;(

MS Canada just returned it...no explanation, no suggestions, just returned it when I sent it in for service under warranty.

Doesn't boot, tried Power button and F4 for 20 seconds, tried to let the battery drain, still nothing...been a year and the poor device is still sitting here collecting dust, tempting me to try and fix one last time. It charges no problem, the Windows logo flashes a few times, but can never get past the Win logo.

is it salvageable or just good for parts?

Anyone in the Fraser Valley / Vancouver area fix these ?

Try charging with usb-c on 65w

Hola, yo tengo el mismo problema, pero no quiere iniciar el modo seguro del equipo para reinstalar el sistema operativo.
