My amazon fire tv cube 3rd gen is dead. I have try everything. Help

my amazon fire tv cube 3rd gen is not powering up, when i plug it. I hear little sound and nothing comes on. no light no connection to the tv, nothing works, i have tried everything online, still dead, I bought it a month ago. I'm in Ghana

Can you describe the sound? Is it the startup sound, or is it a hissing sound?
