Camera always shows "Failed" whenever I try to take a picture.

Whenever I try to take a picture, the camera always crashes and shows the "Camera Failed" message. Why does this happen? Its been a month now.

If your phone is displaying a "Camera Failed" warning, it is most likely a software issue and not a physical problem with the camera.  Please refer to the following guide to troubleshoot the issue.

Before you try the recommendations below, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version. To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps:

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.

Step 2. Tap on Download and install.

Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

I tried all but nothing worked. I even did the full factory reset and still it showed that the "Camera Failed".
