Track pad replacement parts and tools

Hello, I managed to spider crack my track pad and would like to replace it. It has been clicking for a while but otherwise works fine after I changed the track pad cable. If I were to replace the track pad, cable, and battery what are all the parts and tools I would need? Do I need to replace the battery? - I heard I do if it comes out. If so will the full battery replacement kit have everything I need as far as tools to replace the track pad and cable as well? Or if my track pad works should I just not bother? My battery life is ok for 10 years old I think, any input is appreciated, Thanks for your time.

1st off install CoconutBattery and see what info is displayed on the battery, your looking for it's capacity, anything under 60% suggests a fresh battery would be on the cards. Take a look inside to see if the battery has swollen in any way is also a good idea. Post that info onto your question so we can have a look also. The guide for MacBook Pro 13" Retina Display Early 2015 Trackpad Replacement will tell you all the tools you will need to change the parts mentioned & depending on how successful the battery removal was decides on getting a new battery, I have removed them and installed them back before many times without issue, just take it easy.
