full battery charge but shuts down.
shuts down with full charge in 15 minutes but does stay on if on charger.

raul, not sure how old your device is, but if it stays on while on a charger, I recommend you replace the battery. I may charge, but may not hold a charge. Try a new battery and re-evaluate. Hope this helps, good luck.
