@harshitshu72093 could be a bad back cover, not enough adhesive. It could also be caused by a battery that is expanding, which would be bad. For now stop using your phone and remove the back cover to look at the battery. If it is puffed up, then you must replace it. Otherwise it can easily "vent with flame" which means it could come on fire. If unsure, remove the back cover and take a picture of what you see. Then post that with your Question.
If it "just" the cover, use some adhesive like E-6000 to keep it is place, or replace the caver if it is damaged.
