How to remove a stuck screw

While attempting to change my LCD screen, when I got to the part of removing the left screw that is half threaded it just turns but never unscrews. Can anyone help?

I use a pair of needle-nose Tweezerman tweezers to grab right behind the head of the screw and pull outward, while simultaneously unscrewing it with my other hand.

Also, if the screw is loose but just not coming out at all, sometimes tilting the laptop so that the laptop is facing the ground can cause it to fall out, or at least come out to the point where you can pull it out with tweezers.

OK here's the up vote (not) from the other screw question. Looking at your icon, it's obvious you have more loose screws than I do ;-)

If you can get it up a little, snap the head off with some wire cutters. Later you can grab it with some needle nosed pliers and try to get it out. These things have so many screws that usually not getting one in is no problem.
