I want to repair my microsoft surface laptop 4 13.5 inch display, but i have original part microsoft surface laptop 3 13.5 inch

Yes, the 13.5" screen from a Surface Laptop 3 is compatible with the Surface Laptop 4. Same size, resolution, connectors, and mounting points — it should work just fine.
The only small difference might be the panel manufacturer (LG, Sharp, etc.), so you might notice slight differences in color or brightness, but nothing major.
Just be careful when opening the device — Surface Laptops are glued shut and can be tricky to disassemble without the right tools.
