What parts contain the temperature sensor on the iPhone 15?
I'm getting a temperature sensor warning even though the phone isn't hot and would like to replace the faulty part.

It's more likely charging port. We had had a customer with same issue. It was drop and some liquid went into it.
After diagnosing we find out it was charging port.
Replaced it and it worked perfectly fine
