A repair man cut it off and could not rewire it. Which wire connects to which? There are two red wires, black, and blue wires on one side of the connector and one blue, black, and white wires on the other

Couldn't find a download online for the mini manual (GE 31-45973) which would have the wiring diagram but here's a link that shows where it may be located in the refrigerator and if it isn't in any of those places, how to obtain it from GE.
If you need any parts for the refrigerator here's a parts list that is useful. Locate the wanted part in the list and note the part number that is shown with it. Search online for the part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.
If you search on YouTube for (insert wanted part number) replacement, sometimes if you're lucky you'll find videos showing how to remove/replace the part.
