How do I get to the LCD screen to replace it?

I haven't been able to find any guides for replacing the LCD screen for the Indulge online, but since I've replaced the LCD screen on a phone before, I was able to figure out how to get almost everything off. I got the back cover off of the front half of the phone (since its a sliding phone) and got the cables underneath unhooked but from there I'm stuck. I can't seem to find anywhere to remove this last part to get to the actual screen.

You could get the Samsung Galaxy Indulge lcd display from here. Easy to install, but it needs professional skill to install, please be careful.

I bought the replacement lcd screen, just can't figure out the last steps in accessing the current lcd screen to remove and replace it.
