How can I replace my grill mesh on the loudspeaker and mic?

I really hate to see the dent on my iPhone loudspeaker and mic grill it really annoys me so I looked on how to replace it but their's no results on how to replace it so can you help me to solve this problem and by the way nothing's damage on my speaker and mic just the looks of the annoying dent.

here'sone place that sells them pretty cheap. You'll need to use the guide for replacing the dock connector linked on the right to be able to push out the old ones (you may even be able to straighten them out yourself with an iron-put the mesh on something like a newspaper or wood, cover with an old shirt and give it 30 seconds without steam) Another alternative is to use some sort of suction to pull them out a little. Personally I'd just live with the dents..
