Here's the tech sheet for the washer.
Go to p.3 to see how to activate the diagnostic test mode .
See p.5 how to run the Quick diagnostic tests and load test cycle #7 and check if it fails to spin the motor at 820rpm. If it fails see Step #9 on p.6 for what to do next.
If you find the problem and it's a faulty part that needs replacing, here's the parts list that is useful. Locate the wanted part in the list and note the part number that is shown with it. Search online for the part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.
