I have a model 110.74622300. It doesn't have a removable panel on the front like in all the YouTube videos I find. It looks like the attached picture. Where do I find the thermal fuse on this layout? ⏎

The website repairclinic.com not only sells parts for your dryer, but offers repair videos showing you how to replace that part too. Here's the video that I believe should cover what you need to do to fix yours.
