How to fix Honor 3C red light blink and vibrate only and turn off

When i plug the power in my honor 3C . a red light blinks one time .

and after this the phone vibrates one time and then nothing .

there is nothing on the screen and no sound or anything this process reapeats in a loop until I remove the battery or the charger
