Increasing computer speed/ ram?

Hey all,

I am a gamer, html learner and internet user.

I have i imac intel core duo from 2008.

I play a lot of games, that all require good ram/proccesor/video card/fast computer.

I already upgraded to 10.6.

Any ideas?

Best way to speed up a machine - Max out the RAM and have at least 20% free space on your HD for VMEM/Swap files. For the internet speed use a cable not wireless. Wire cable is 10X faster than a Wireless connection.
