My 2 Play 3’s no longer show in my app. Flashes orange on reset only.

My two Sonos 3 speakers used to always show in my iPhone app, but now they don’t show there. When I reset the speakers I get a flashing orange light, but never can I get a flashing green light. Here is what I tried after finding the instructions on You Tube.

First l started with the speaker unplugged. Next I held down the Play/Pause Button, and then plugged in the speaker, and the light began flashing white. I held down the button until the light began flashing orange then white over and over. The operator stated that you may have to hold the button for at least a minute, however, in his video it took about 3 minutes to get the flashing green light meaning the speaker had been reset, and ready to set up again. I could not get a green light, so I have been unable to reset my pair of Play 3’s. Do I have to hold down the Play/Pause button longer? That gets painful after a while!

I would really appreciate your help! I also have a Sonos Subwoofer that won’t reset, and therefore can’t be set up.
