Why would a new LCD Panel stop my laptop from turning on?

I just used this website's guide to replacing LCD Panels last night. I followed each step quite meticulously, but when I finished everything up and tried to turn my computer back on nothing happened. I don't hear any sounds coming from within, no lights turning on, nothing whatsoever. Is it most likely that I just missed a connection somewhere during reassembly?

Thanks guys. I did just miss fully connecting the keyboard back to the logic board. A quick check through set everything right.

You should double check the top case cable connection to the logic board. Remove the top case, connect the top case ribbon cable to the logic board, put the top case in place over the macbook without installing the screws, plug the magsafe AC adapter and try to power on the machine. If again no power, remove the top case and check the magsafe DC in board connection to the logic board. Do you get a steady green light on the magsafe tip ? Remember, each time you're working inside the machine the magsafe AC adapter and the battery must be disconnected from the logic board. Easy to short the main board if you work on it with power connected.

If it was turning on before you started, you missed something.
