How to fix turn sound up?, I turned this iPad sounds up and it didn't work.

Do you have headphones? If you do, make sure that the volume is turned Up on the chunky bit of the headphone's cable.
If you get sound from your headphones but not from the iPad, then you have a fault with the iPad and should contact an Apple Store.
