How much memory is installed in the laptop?
Try upgrading the amount of memory in the laptop and check if that resolves the problem.
The laptop supports up to a maximum of 16GB of PC3L-12800, 1600-MHz, DDR3L SODIMM ram in two slots i.e. 2 x 8GB memory modules.
Here's the maintenance and service guide for the laptop.
Go to p.41 (53 of 169 pdf) to view the procedure to remove/replace the memory modules.
