I turn it on there's a beep and it immediately goes off...
The titles says it all
EDIT: The local shop said that they could fix it for 70$. Is that worth it?
Is this a good question?

Hi Bee!
Most of the time caused by 2 things.
1: it could be the PSU. Replacing this first is advised and very easy to do. It would be a great test as well.
Guide: PlayStation 4 Slim Power Supply Replacement
2: It’s the APU. This will be very difficult to repair. You can either reflow it (most easy method) but most of the time temporary. Or reball it, this requires some serious soldering skills and devices to get it done.
If you need any guides for reflowing and reballing, please let me know!

In both case, I would say yes.
It's probably the PSU. You can get them cheaper, but if you find it difficult to do, then I would agree with it and get it repaired.
