When the patient worklist isn't listed normally there's an issue in communication between the PACs server that hosts this information and the workstation you are trying to pull the worklist up on. The workstation needs to be on the same network. For example, some facilities have the Wi-Fi blocked from accessing certain systems on the wired network. There are a lot of variables that could be causing issues. Without knowing the framework of how your IT infrastructure is setup, it will be hard to pinpoint the issue.
