Hi!
Could be a lot of things!
First, is the PS4 emitting a blue light, or did the LED went white?
If it’s keep showing a blue light which is not turning white, you probably do have APU issues.
If it does turn to white, then you most likely are having HDMI issues. This could be the HDMI port it self, or the HDMI IC.
If you can share pictures with us regarding the port, that would be great!
