What voltage range does the power supply have?

The PS3 CECH-3000B has listed 120V/60Hz on the bottom of the case.

But since it uses switching power supply, I would assume that the supply will have range 100V-240V/50-60Hz the same way like the other PS3 Slim models.

Did anybody have the CECH-3000B torn down and can confirm that it has the range?

Thanks!

ritorujon, yes it still has a universal power supply. If you ever have any doubt, the best would be to open up your console to confirm this. ;-) good luck.

I wouldn't hesitate to open it and see for myself, if it wasn't still under warranty and sealed...

I contacted Sony and they have told me that I will need a voltage converter (step down transformer), to operate it on 230V. That's why I want make sure before our move to Europe.
