Why wont my phone turn on
my phone froze then i could not turn it off charge or even move then it just whent black

First pull the battery and try to turn on phone. (Drains capacitors) Then reinstall battery and put phone on charger.
If phone does not start try replacing battery and or charger with new cable.
Last contact manufacturer to see what they recommend.
If you got phone wet, pull battery and place in bag with rice for 48 hours .

My phone got lost in water for around 30 minutes, after retrieving it. It was fully working although signs of water was showing inside the camera. After 3 days it turned off completely I've changed the screen check the circuit board I'm now thinking it's the ribbon of the phone, Seeking some help.
