So the laptop keeps making this weird noice like its hitting something, and the laptop notices the problem and it shuts the fan off, after that i just shut the laptop off. 2 Weeks later i tried turning it back on but then it does this, i cant remember but it makes this "update" or a "reboot" thing like a automatic troubleshoot thing where it tries to fix it

Did you try to get inside and repair it? If so, make sure everything is connected correctly, something might have gotten knocked and is not seated properly.

Unfortunately im not allowed to work on this laptop due to me being 15 years old my dad wants a professional to fix the laptop, but thank you it might just be something got loose.
