I found an old PS2 Slim on an old drawer, problem is that the disk cover snapped off and there could be components missing as it has been untouched for several years. I don't really know much about PS2s Any fix?

You could try placing a disc in the console, and holding down the little button that signals to the console the disc drive is closed. Just turn it on, disc or not, and see if it works. If it doesn’t work, you’re likely missing some critical components.
