Right click appears on right click
It keeps right clicking when I left click, I tried everything that the internet suggested but nothing work

The clicks are swapped in the mouse settings. Open your mouse settings via the control panel. (Click Start, type control, click control panel, click Mouse), Under the Buttons tab, you should find the top check box checked. Uncheck it, then OK out.
