3 Laptop turns off instantly it turns on without showing anything
Hp laptop turns off immediately when turned on, all lights turn on normally turns off within seconds
I was updating windows 10 and it just randomly turned off and restarted, I thought it was no problem now but it didn't turn on showing windows logo and loading, turns off in a few seconds, I tried static discharge and reseated the battery and it just came back with a fresh bios installation

What do you mean by "fresh BIOS installation"?
Is there a message on the screen, does the laptop stay turned on etc?

Fresh bios installation meaning there was a problem with bios, it didn't detect any operating system so I had to reinstall the bios and it shows no message on screen
