4-40 nylon screws for cpu swap not available to Canada

McMaster-Carr won't sell be a package of these screws because I'm not a regular customer and live in canada. I've been trying to source them here, but no luck so far. Anybody got any other suggestions?

cpbortnick, where does the screw on your Mac Mini go, and doesn't apple use metric screws?

These are for the heat sink on the CPU which I'm upgrading. An earlier thread re breaking the fragile pins when remounting found these nylon screws are adequate replacements.
