Epson L3251 printer no longer printing regardless of tanks being full

my printer is no longer printing regardless of all ink tanks being full, first it started with black, now its all colours.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Yes my printer it takes the papers but when i printer it only printers blank papers all colours not working
