little part of iPhone 4 left

Hi guys,

as the tile said, i was trying replacing an iphone 4 screen, i took every thing off neatly, then i put everything back in peace but i found the little back rubber thing which i never see before left

please help

That little rubber bumper piece sits on top of the Logic board, directly under the two flex cables for the Front Screen (LCD and Digitizer cables). It acts as a cushion to protect the flex cables as they bend over the top of the Logic Board. It not a necessary component. I would obviously save the rubber piece, and next time you repair your iPhone you can put it back in its place.
