What product should I buy to fix this?
Hi, i've just bought a used iphone 13, however it has a damaged rear camera. Could anyone reccommend whether i'd just need to buy new lens glass for this?

Assuming the image quality from the camera that has the broke lens is the one featured in this picture, lens replacement is a good start. It doesn’t look like the camera itself was damaged. I am always wary, but it’s a good start. You can always replace the camera after the fact if replacing the glass doesn’t do the trick.
